BESTARTER is CloudBackend Starter plan for 1 year, it's used for Database / API / Transactional emails.

@daniel-mulroy yes using it on multiple computer is probably the source of your issue.
When using it on multiple computers it's refreshing the token and can cause this issue

@jessica-bendahan please go to appdrag > Domains > settings of your domain (cogs icon) > DNS Editor
There click on reset dns entries button, after 30 min your site should be served as expected

You have to contact the IT of your network to request whitelisting of your domain
It seems there is a link to click on your screenshot to request evaluation and whitelisting

There is no good way to handle this use case unfortunately
One common way is to adapt the length of your translation to be similar in all languages
Another one is to adapt the font size (https://support.appdrag.com/doc/Responsive-font-size) to make it work better for all languages

@jessica-bendahan Translations can be seen in preview mode but can't be seen in the pagebuilder

@mesopotamia-film I can see your DNS settings was wrong, not sure how it arrived in that state, anyways I have reset your DNS entries. It should be propagated in the next hours, once the website is reachable please reactivate SSL

Instead I recommend you to use: https://disqus.com/

After signing up with them, you can configure your rules for the comment sections and you will get a script or iframe that you can place on your website

Hey @Stephen-Alsobrook, we discovered yesterday that our partner registrar (Namesilo) added automatically a "_dmarc" record on all domain names. It's started from a good will but had unconsidered consequences like preventing emails to be sent from other systems.

Solution is simply to remove the added _dmarc TXT record on your domain DNS

FYI I did it for you, it should be active in the next hour
