Hello, the issue is with malwarebytes, it's a PURE TRASH, just check their forums for high number of FALSE positives: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/123-website-blocking/

you can either uninstall mawarebytes (recommended) or add the site in whitelist

then you will be able to delete the old project

is it a domain purchased on elestio?
if yes, just let it expire and after 60 days it will dissapear from the dashboard

if it's an external domain, you can remove it from the project overview > Domains
