@joseph-benguira Thanks for your response!
No I am redirecting to a website, but I need it to open in a modal. The CORS origin seems to be the blocker but I found a solution:
Instead of opening a modal, I just added the following parameter to the <span> item:
@stephanie-akoun indeed if you go that way, the domain will stay with your actual registrar, the $50 is a one time only setup fee for SSL on an external domain.
Another option is to transfer your domain to Appdrag, this include extending your domain for 1 year and also free ssl certificate 🙂
in APPDRAG PageBuilder, click on the "+" button in the left side
there click on Elements > Source Code > and drag&drop a block of HTML in the header or footer of your page. Double click on the block of code and paste the script provided by chatwoot.
Finally save & publish the page and it should work 🙂
@olivier-magnin it's probably related to a custom script on your page failing, please try to restore the previous version of your /config/header.html in code editor. Then reopen the page builder and check if it's fixed.
If not go back to the code editor and restore
All to a date when it was working
Then reopen the page builder
@stephanie-akoun indeed, thanks for the clarification, yes you can move back your domain to another registrar, only limit is you have to wait 60 days between transfers, outside of that you can do it at any time
I confirm that the translator solution of Google is changing some text on the website (on the display not in real). I've seen this on two of my customers website on the builder and on the website.
For example, on my computer without the extension, I can see "Agenda" on their website when they get "Ordre du jour". The problem isn't coming from AppDrag which is still providing all the good words without the extension.
in the page builder click on the "+" button on the left side
click on Element > Images > and drop on your page a contained image element
double click on your image > click on Replace image > there you can upload your own GIF, before upload please be sure to uncheck the checkbox about the image optimizer, this is not compatible with GIF images
FYI unfortunately GIPHY API is currently down so you can't browser directly their content from our UI, but you can still upload your own GIFs manually as explained above
