SOLVED Incorrect annual billing after transfer – No response from finance team

Hello,
I am posting here because I have not received any response from the finance team, despite having already contacted them by email.
I was charged for a full year of AppDrag service until 2027, even though my website was no longer hosted with AppDrag before the contract end date.
This annual charge therefore does not make sense, as the service was no longer active or will be use during the billed period.To clarify:
- The domain was successfully transferred to another provider before the contract ended
- No AppDrag services will be use during the invoiced period
- The invoice covers a full year, which is incorrect in this situation
My requesting:
- Can someone in Appdrag team member review my account
- Refund this incorrect invoice
I would appreciate a prompt response from a member of the AppDrag team
