We don't handle those use cases natively.
You can use HTML tags inside your product description edition (as you can edit the source code of it)
And add some logic into your shop product detail page to collapse/show your sections.
This is excellent but I wonder if it wouldn't be difficult to customize the content and leave you do whatever you want.
I guess it's "quite easy" to add it to your existing website either with this service or building your own
