SOLVED Is there a way to add image alt text to feature image in post?

Hello,
I can't see the option to add alt text to feature images in blog post. There is no problem with other images further in the post, but for feature image it seems to be impossible. I can only add feature image, and there is no other options to it.

The absence of alt text in feature image is reported in all seo tools, when I'm doing on-page audit.
Obviously for every feature image I'd like to add different text as alt text.
Can you implement this, please?

@Maciej-Bienkowski you can now add Alt Image to your blog posts. You will need to publish the blog-details page once (or publish the whole site and it will be included)
