have setup the white label section + domain transfer

Hey there @Wassim :)No need to check the white label set up it works perfectly so cool and so easy to set up now I just need to know an approx time for transferring a domain from namecheap...I am guessing I set it up in the whitelabel dashboard?

Great!
About the time a transfer takes it's difficult to say as it depends from domain providers. In general it's a question of a day or two but some wait 8 days before processing the transfer.
You can start the transfer in your dashboard > domains

Morning @Wassim a week is ok for me
I also need to create a subdomain so I can use it for an external app - can I do that with my exisiting domain on appdrag (purchased on appdrag)? I would need to create a cname record for it to work

Yes you will have access to your domain settings and can define cname as needed
