I am trying to make changes on the mobile side of the webpage but when I make the changes on the mobile it also changes on the desktop side of the website. I just want to make the changes on the mobile side of things.

I want to be able to press on one of the links in the menu and make the link take you to a specific part of the page by scrolling there. Can any one help me?

I have a question about how to get my website available when it is disabled.
