I've just unpublished a website. If I try to access the old URL, I get a very Appdrag branded page asking me to go to my dashboard (even in incognito mode).
Can I rebrand this page/amend it?

Hi. I'd already done that. The only unknown was "From email address" which I've now set to my main email address.
It seems now to work

@Wassim Thank you, you have shown exactly what I mean. However, where you have Title is very very..., I have a much larger font that I don't seem to be able to reduce in size. How do I change it as per your example. Best

I want to insert details from the back end database into a page.

I have 5 pages, all different layouts, but I want to insert the details from the backend database relevant to that page.

I have inserted fields such as [DS1=Model], [DS1=Price] etc.

If i then add &id=1, (as in the video)that works for preview purposes but isn't permanent. How do I attribute the correct id to the correct page?

I've used the same API as is used for the Detailed Page on the video.

On my shop gallery listing, is there a way to wrap the description of what's for sale?
Its quite a large font and so long product titles don't appear in full

Please find below what I've managed to glean so far from trial and error and from snippets of help in the community. As this is far from obvious, I hope that this will save people a lot of time.

First of all, sliders ARE NOT responsive.

That means that they do not re-size depending on the viewer you are using.

SO

You need to create 2 to 4 sliders for each website - 1 for desktop, 1 for smartphone (and if desired, 1 for tablet landscape and 1 for tablet portrait). You can create one and then duplicate it 1-3 times. Tablet landscape (and even tablet portrait) are just about ok using desktop settings, but check before publishing.

Methodology

1 Duplicate slider for each view → highlight slider section → hit duplicate option (⧉) → click “duplicate this section here”.
2. Repeat for each view (as said above, tablet landscape mode will probably still work with desktop photo sizes and tablet portrait mode may still work)
3. For each slider section sure each is visible only to that setting - so the first is only visible to desktop (and tablet if you’re taking a shortcut) and one is visible only on smartphone (mobile).
4 Highlight slide - choose brush () (customise element) click “visibility” and choose the relevant option deselecting the other options. That way, only one slider will appear on the device browser being used.
5 Next - replace the images in the slider with the correct sized images for that display

Desktop = 1920 x 700
Tablet Landscape = 940 x 431
Tablet Landscape = 720 x 330
Mobile = 341 x 190

There are many free online resizers. Choose one that allows you to change both parameters and not just the width. You may need to disable any auto settings that maintain ratios. Always check the images still look good.

I'm confused. The previous answer was that size of slider pictures was 1140x637. Now you say 1920x700 (though if I resize to this, it gets shortened in the slider so i suspect the first size is right).

In either event, I'm finding that these sizes aren't responsive. I get a small section of the image on mobile phones

Hi. I'm looking for buttons to be inserted into blog articles (and ideally in the template).

One of the buttons will send an email. The second will open up (in a new window) a URL.

I can use the link function, but it doesn't seem to have the option of opening in a new window. Can buttons be inserted with this functionality?

I'm trying to replicate a site for a client (his own, he's migrating).
The site has several rows with 3 youtube videos in each row each of which play in modal when clicked.
I've tried

1. Adding media - youtube video. This does play when clicked but not in modal and I can't find a thumbnail option to display another image.
2. Using the thumbnail to link to a youtube URL to display in modal. Unfortunatel;y, whilst the modal opens, it says youtube refused to connect
3. embedding the youtube video. I then get a very weird result. The modal plays in the start of the column (in this case the middle column), behind (and obscured by) the next column and then outside of that third column as well.
   Any suggestions?

Hi. I'm having some column width issues. 2,3,4 columns - all resize automatically. If I increase to 5 columns, I get a first column which is wider than the rest (the rest are equal sized). Increasing to 6, the sizing becomes normal again. How do I equip-size 5 columns?

I've created a website, and have a paralax image on the home page.

On preview and on the builder, this appears to work both for desktop and mobile views.

In reality, after publishing, it works on the desktop view but not on mobile. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm transferring a domain from web.com. They've specifically asked for the name of the New Service Provider and the New registrar name. Is it Appdrag for both? I know your process doesn't need this but I need to give them it.

Hi. Ive tried to share the site both in white label and generally. In both cases they can't access it.

Is there a tutorial on white labelling? and sharing?
