Fortiguard is an enterprise firewall that will block access to some websites based on enterprise policies.

You have to contact the IT of your network to request whitelisting of your domain
It seems there is a link to click on your screenshot to request evaluation and whitelisting 😉

@mesopotamia-film I can see your DNS settings was wrong, not sure how it arrived in that state, anyways I have reset your DNS entries. It should be propagated in the next hours, once the website is reachable please reactivate SSL

when you double click on the menu in the pagebuilder and select Mobile design then you have few options

The "Top" option will put all elements one above the other
