Hello @Chely-Nakache-New, I can see your DNS was not correctly configured, I have updated the configuration for you. Once it's done (in 1H) you should be able to reenable SSL, after that all your issues should be solved 🙂

what you should do is go to your app settings, click on Main Domain & SSL, and disable this redirect ...
Hello The issue is you have probably purchased the domain with an address outside of France.
Your only choice is to answer the mail and provide required documents yo AFNIC in charge of .fr extension
