turned SSL off on my site academy-training.co.uk and now it wont reactivate. just get "Activation failed, please try again in few minutes. If problem persists please contact our support center" and my site is not accessible. Suggestions?

I turned it off because the redirect all to main domain option wasn't saving my preference and requests that didn't have "www. " weren't being recognised and only the unsecured site would be returned.

        Hi,

I think you should start again from the beginning by configuring it without SSL so your domain work and once it works enable SSL on it.

Wassim is right, you have to change the www DNS entry for your domain it's still pointing to the old SSL server that don't exist anymore after you have disabled SSL. So first set www to point to 'custom-domain.appdrag.com' then wait 15-30mn for the DNS to be applied.

After that you will be able to reactivate SSL
