Create an anchor name for a section

I have a slider with a button for opt-in and I want to link that button to another section on the page where participants can complete the sign-in form. I need to connect to a section anchor and I don't know how to add that section anchor. Please help thank you

If your anchors are setup and you want a direct link to them you can do
yourpage.html?anchor=YOUR_ANCHOR
