Two solutions come to my mind :
- Your image is too big, maybe upload it to JPG instead of PNG (because if the image isn't loaded before the screenshot is taken...)
- Try to disable lazy load to see if the issue is related?

I am having a similar issue - my screenshot is being generated at the bottom of my page - lazy load is not on
