Hi, my website recently stopped working on mobile devices. It keeps coming up with an error code 523 - Cloudflare could not reach your host web server.

The website loads fine on desktop though.

I initially reached out to GoDaddy which was an absolute waste of my time. I then reached out to Cloudflare who directed me to some potential resolutions.

I could really use some support on this one as I am not clear on what I need to do to resolve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@ian-collins my guess is you have bad dns entries on your domain at GoDaddy, could you please share a screenshot with your dns settings?

@jbenguira - appreciate the tip and was exactly what I thought. Weird thing is that it had been working for many months without issue and then all of a sudden stopped working on mobile devices.

Cloudflare's suggestion was that this usually happens if the hosting provider frequently changes your origin web server’s IP address.

Anyway, please see screenshot of current DNS settings 🙏

@ian-collins yes I can see the issue, it seems you have nit followed our instructions here
            https://support.appdrag.com/doc/Use-CloudFlare-and-Activate-SSL

You have created an A record for your root domain without www, this is wrong, it should be a CNAME pointing to the same thing that your other cname for www (visible in your screenshot)
