It keeps coming up with an error code 523 - Cloudflare could not reach your host web server.</p>
<p dir="auto">The website loads fine on desktop though.</p>

<p dir="auto">I initially reached out to GoDaddy which was an absolute waste of my time. I then reached out to Cloudflare who directed me to some potential resolutions.</p>

<p dir="auto">You have created an A record for your root domain without www, this is wrong, it should be a CNAME pointing to the same thing that your other cname for www (visible in your screenshot)</p>

Weird thing is that it had been working for many months without issue and then all of a sudden stopped working on mobile devices.</p>
<p dir="auto">Cloudflare's suggestion was that this usually happens if the hosting provider frequently changes your origin web server’s IP address.</p>
