SOLVED Weird Behavior Sharing DB

Hello,

If you share Cloud Backend DB without Edit rights, this menu is fully hidden :

Is it the expected behavior ?
I think the Export should be available, it's what most users will want to do when reaching this page with no Edit rights, and it's what they have if you add it in a Cloud DB UI.
