      Hi,
we use to extract our leads several time by day and the data bases mix up certain leads ... Sometimes they are in the middle of the list and sometimes at the bottom ... or vice versa ... which causes a big mess for our salespeople who call back in the afternoon customers already called by other salespeople in the morning. The problem is permanent now and in general on 3 to 4 leads per extraction ... how is it done? What to do ?
      Thanks for your help

        Hi Raphael,

Before giving you an answer and/or solution can you confirm me that:
You are talking about submitted forms exported into CSV from your project dashboard?

Hi, I tried on my end and can't reproduce what you describe.
I don't see what you're pointing in your screenshot (and it seems the highlighted part is not from the export you received but a rework on your end)
The exported CSV correctly lists the form data in the order they are submitted (it's what we see in the right part of your screenshot, and what I saw downloading the csv)

              FOR EXEMPLE :

              • In the 1st extraction (data base on the left):
                Client MOREL is after MULAN

              • In the 2nd extraction (data base on the right):
                Client MOREL is after CHOLLET

                @Wassim Hi Wassim,
the problem is that our leads are not at the same place for each extraction.
On the right sheet, this is the extraction of yesterday. On the left this is the extraction of today.
From line 1415 to 1426 names are not the from yesterday to today....it's moving for each extraction.... It's very difficult for us to check each name and manage leads before to send them for salers without duplicate.
!Because of this problem many clients are recalled 2 or 3 times by diffrents salers from a day to an other...

By the way can we have ip adress in the database?

                Thanks for your reply

                  Hi,

We updated the code to sort it from the oldest to the most recent ones. If you can confirm you don't have issue anymore?

                  Have a nice day
