i have a form from groovemail - a marketing automation platform integrated into my web page... and i see that the time taken to load the form is over one minute... can you let me know what is yhe problem...

Hi, I had configured the form so that the data filled up in the form goes to two email id's.
Now i want only one email to receive the form fill data...

i am not able to find how to remove on of the emails. can you point me to some resources that will allow me to manage the email to which form fill data goes to

@jbenguira Thanks... for some reason, my card was declined.. and I have added another card and processed the payment... I got confirmation after adding a new card ... Billing for 0 USD. Later I tried paying the 69 USD.. but no details about my payment transaction... I just got a message about "successful subscription" to offer.. I don't want the payment to be rejected for some reason because of which I lose my account... I am on the "three free additional days" provided by you... can you pls process the payment immediately and send the invoice... in case there is some problem... I can get across to my bank and sort out any issue that may be there...

And since I did not get the transaction detail on my mobile... I think I processed the payment twice... hope you will process only one payment...

Next billing: 2022-01-11"

After processing the payment I got a mail
"Thank for your subscription to the offer APPSUMO.
The next renewal will be due on 2022-01-11."

can u let me know when the subscription will become active ?? and also when i will get the invoice ?

HI .. I want to add to my DNS some entries to enable AGile CRM to send and receive emails ... Agile has send the records to be added... but The DNS console in Appdrag is confusing... Not sure how to use the data i have received,,, can you pls help... I am attaching the following... - The DNS records received from agile is in below image...

For adding MX records.... Appdrag backend looks like this...

for adding txt records, the backend looks like this,,,,

can you pls let me know how do i enter the DNS info received from agile into the appdrag DNS backend...

Dont know what i was doing right in first instance or wrong in seconf instance...

Hello.. I ha changed the card associated with the account. And tried to process the payment. The card was declined as international payments were not accepted in my card. Now international payments are activated. I tried paying again... But the payment button doesn't seem to work... The renew button for the domain also is not working.

I want to configure the DNS and email settings for sending emails through sendinblue.com do you have any tutorial to take care of this ?
