After verifying I see why the domain was not possible to transfer to us, as was with status inactive; pendingDelete and clientTransferProhibited.
You can only transfer domains within active status. Checking now is in redemptionPeriod on your current provider.
So in order to be able o transfer the domain you will need to contact them to restore the domain and only after you will be able to transfer the domain.
