      Hi,

      OVH tells me that the domain name transfer hasn't been validated by the previous support team. Could you please validate it, as the site is no longer active? Thank you!

        @katya-nakache from our point of view it's already gone
        so you will have to wait end of the 5-7 days of delay OVH is telling you

        Next time I recommend you Cloudflare, they handle migrations nearly instantly unlike ovh where it's guaranteed to wait 7 days

            even if not clicked, it will be auto approved in 8 days max

                @katya-nakache that domain expired on May 13 ... it's now way past the recovery grace period and cannot be recovered

                  THIS IS THE OVH ANSWER :

                  Hello Katya,

                  After verifying I see why the domain was not possible to transfer to us, as was with status inactive; pendingDelete and clientTransferProhibited.

                  You can only transfer domains within active status. Checking now is in redemptionPeriod on your current provider.

                  So in order to be able o transfer the domain you will need to contact them to restore the domain and only after you will be able to transfer the domain.

                    @katya-nakache it was approved on our side ... then rejected by OVH, and it seems you didn't restarted the process with them after it failed ... so the domain expired
