OK so after investigation, the issue is your domain is with Namesilo, and we are ourselves a namesilo reseller (for some extensions including .com)

This issue can be reproduced if you try to transfer the domain from namesilo website here:
https://www.namesilo.com/domain/transfer-domains

So indeed if your domain is already with namesilo you won't be able to transfer it to us, at least not with the regular way.

There is 2 options:

do a domain push on namesilo (https://www.namesilo.com/Support/Domain-Push)
or keep the domain with namesilo and connect it as an external domain on appdrag

@joshua-rottschafer if the domain is expired since a long time it can be purchased by anyone

@joshua-rottschafer can you ensure that the domain is not locked? That would prevent the domain to be transferable.

You can also check that with WHOIS:
https://tools.appdrag.com/who-is.html

you can check if your domain have this:
Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited

If yes, go to your registrar and unlock the domain
