I don't know what I do so wrong that none of my mobile pages display properly... Who can help me pleeeease ?

I've created a Backend to display my job offers' page. The list of jobs offer is correctly displayed. However when clicking on the job title's link, it goes to the description page but the "source" only appears : [DS1=name] etc. and is not connected to the content of the offer. I've being replaying the academy video for the past 2 hours, redoing every single steps but it still doesn't work... please help me !!!
