    • URL issues

      Hi AppDrag team

I'm having a few URL issues:

      1. I cannot reach my blog via the URL bar - ie by typing in investandprotect.com.au/blog
This works for all other pages ie /about or /services but not the blog... and when I use the top nav and click on the Blog button, the URL actually IS investandprotect.com.au/blog

      2. I turned off .html extensions, but when I link to pages within the site, it links to the .html extension. When I try to edit the code to change to the non-html extension, the links don't work and I reach my 404 page.

      Look forward to some help!

      Thank you
      Alisha

    • RE: External Hosting Workflow

It's disappointing that this wasn't clear in the material that promotes your platform - I have wasted a lot of time (and a few dollars!) trying to get assistance from SiteGround to get my AppDrag site live.

None the less, I think it'll be easier to transfer my domain to AppDrag. Can you please confirm where is the site truly being hosted? ie AWS, Google Cloud etc. I had chosen SiteGround for their performance and want to be confident in this decision too.

What are the yearly fees to transfer my hosting to you? Your rates for registering a .com.au domain are incredibly high compared to all other sites!!

    • External Hosting Workflow

Can I please be pointed to an effective workflow document to help me understand how to connect our 'preferred' external hosting platform.

      1. I need to be able to add a temp user for the support teams from said organisation to facilitate them doing the setup procedure.

      2. Your FAQ system is very poor on this topic.
