how can I get other payment options to work? I managed to get credit card and PayPal working, but how about for example iDeal for dutch customers?

We only provide Stripe and Paypal. For other payment providers you have to create your custom shop with custom payment integration. -

Are they options from Stripe Checkout, we only allow the card payments from Stripe at the moment.
We would love to enable Stripe Checkout, but Stripe isn't ready yet, they do not provide the discount code feature in this workflow... -
