It looks like my mail provider requires a SRV record. How can I set this in AppDrag.

Hey Dick, this is an optional field for outlook autoconfig. we don't support SRV fields currently but it's in our roadmap.
In the meantime you can configure outlook or other email clients manually without the autodiscover
