Hi again... Sorry !!!
1- I got a shop with 4 possibilities but when I publish, I just see 1 of them... Do you know why ?
2- The source language is considered by Appdrag as the english version but it's not... so I can't add english language now.. How Can I set up FRENCH as the Source language ?
3- Is it possible to delete the word LANGUE Here ? (picture 3)

To change "Langue" here which is a variant option, you have to remove VARIANTS and create a new one and give it another name
In variants you can type anything (french, english, ...) it's all up to you
but you seems super confused by variants ... why not simply create 4 products? That would be much easier for you
