I just went to visit my website www.threlationshipcircle.com and it won't let me access as it is saying it is not secure??

I see that you changed all the DNS even the required one to make it work.
Can you go to :
And click on "Reset default DNS entries"?

I added some to make click funnels work so I don't want to reset and then have them now work, do you know what entries I need to make again??

No, as SSL is configured I don't know what they are for your project.
I recommend you to reset, then add the click funnels you need without touching the AppDrag ones
