It's not clear when changing a blog URL that a redirection will be created, notify that user that this occurs so they don't get scared when redirects are suddenly added.

Please improve the URL creation filter when creating a blog entry.

Filter off double dashes ---- due to double spaces and remove additional dots which may cause file issues.
