What are the ways to integrate or connect to shopify so that I can still use some of the apps from shopify but enjoy the benefits of Appdrag?

Simplest option would be to have your site on www.yourdomain.com and your shopify on shop.yourdomain.com
This way you just have to customize the header/footer to be very similar and user experience will be ok.
