Hi, My client has a Google domain - domain name and it's expired in a few days, I want to get it in Appdrag, DO I have to wait ? until it's done overthere ? and buy it after ?

Hi, no I recommend you to initiate the transfer before it is expired, as when it's expired you sometime have to pay fees, and it would take time before it's available again for purchase.
In addition, transfer prices are most of the time not more expensive than direct purchases.
