SOLVED VAT number and payment

Hi dear AppDrag community,
I'm opening this topic because since a while I am paying with domains and SSL the VAT which wasn't the case before. It's not dramatic but I want to know if there is a problem with my account or if it's normal.
I've entered my VAT number on my account details several times, but he is not hold.

can you check here if your VAT number is correct?https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation
If not our system will reject it and apply VAT

I've just checked and my VAT number is shown as "validate" on the link you send me. I've tried on AppDrag with and without the FR but both are not working.
