SOLVED remove hmtl at the end of url

Hi, project david-nataf-3ee2bd. I removed hmtl in the optimizations settings. It was working fine and now it started to add the html again at the end of the link when we click for example: start your application. The url is https://www.nataf.ca/apply.html but I want the url to be https://www.nataf.ca/apply
Can you please let me know how come it added again the html and how to remove the html for all the links.

you have to go through your links and ensure to made the link without the html at the end
