      I created a website in 2021, paid until 2022 to have more features. A few weeks ago I started to update this website with new contents. Today, my dashboard is totally empty. no sign of old projects. do you know what happened ?? i'm panicking . Thank you !

        Hey @bianca-duboisset-0, most probably uou are logged in with the wrong account.
        If you can check in your inbox to what address we sent you emails in the past, then you can do a lost password process to reset your password for that account

                    @bianca-duboisset-0 I've checked and this appid is not anymore in our DB (rhonda-868cf3)
                    FYI expired apps are deleted 60 days after expiration date

                          Hey @bianca-duboisset-0, unfortunately 60 day after being expired they are deleted and purged from our system
