SOLVED Updating CC

Our bank card is obsolete.
I'm trying to update but it doesn't work.However, the card is of the same type as the previous one and accepts all types of payment.
Any ideas?

@nicolas-flam you are probably trying to use a virtual CC (revolut or other kind of temporary CC)
instead use a real CC (physical card)
