SOLVED Subscription issue

We have an issue concerning the renewal of subscription, why do we have those 2 subscriptions renewed ? Is it not the same thing ? Where can we find more information about the different type of subscriptions (in details) ?

Basic is for the frontend part of your website (PageBuilder + hosting) for 1 year
BESTARTER is CloudBackend Starter plan for 1 year, it's used for Database / API / Transactional emails.
