SOLVED How to change a website index page ?

I've created a site and it's already referenced by Google.
I need to change the index page (the traffic doesn't go directly to this page, but to a deliberately optimized page).

I've duplicated the home page, and optimized what I had to optimize on it.
So they have practically the same name:
Home.html
and the new one
Home-2.html

How can I replace it without doing any damage?

Hey @nicolas-flam, you can simply rename your page Home.html to HomeOld.html and then rename Home-2.html to Home.html
