SOLVED POSITION FIXE

Hi, i had an element in my page that was on fixed position .
i did not changed it and today it s not anymore , i opened the project and now it says position fixed inactive i have 2 options left and right only. i need top and it was on top . how is it possible that it s not anymore all by himself
can you explain what happened and how to get it back !
did you updated something ???? well this option disappear just like that ?
very frustrating. so if i can get a reel answer fast it will be very much appreciate

Hey @maelle-benichou ,
we made no recent change or update. Also we don't do any change, you can check in the Audit Trail when the change happend and by who.Finally, you can restire your page to a previous version from the page builder or from the code editor

@joseph-benguira Hello Joseph let me tell you that when an option disappear from your builder it s not good to just say restore the page not enough at all!
you did the same with the color of the Mobil menu and you mark all the question solved when it was never solved by you or your advices. meir did help me with the color on the mobile by inserting a code that before we never had to insert because we had an option on the builder!!!!!!!! . this my 10th websites with appdrag and it s the second time that an option in the builder disappear so instead of giving me generic answers that are not helping start giving me a real answer so i don t have to bother again meir for your customer service !
and how many of the builder options are you planning on getting rid of . i delivered the website to my customer and everything was fine and the option existed on the builder !!!!
so what about stopping with saying ''resolved'' when you actually did resolved nothing .
this time i am excepting a real answer ! thank you -

My answer clearly stated how you can find out who made the change in the Audit trail. And how to fix your issue by restoring to a previous version. I'm not sure about what you expect??
You answer with aggresivity (like always). We definitely don't need this kind of customers and you are free to leave our platform.
