I called them... my websites will be blocked tomorrow if I don't send the docs today!
I'm taking care of it but can I at least change the extension in the meantime and redirect or it won't work?

@katya-nakache if you provide the papers they should process them the same day so it should be ok

You won't be able to modify the old domain to setup a redirect to the new one until this situation with them is solved, so best way is to reply to them with required docs asap
