SOLVED Bandwidth limit

I've asked about this before and I just don't understand something concerning bandwidth. I am not an expert either so can someone explain it so I can understand? Multiple times I have gotten a notice that I am close to exceeding my bandwidth. I pay for extra bandwidth. Then it happens again a few months later. The thing is that I not only have not created any new pages, my traffic is extremely slow and has been for a few years. It's not an increase in traffic, nor new pages/content. Why does it keep warning me about bandwidth? I am about to increase traffic and content, hopefully soon but if I have to keep spending more on bandwidth, I may just have to go to another host.

Hey @lora-alexander
only reason is you are getting more traffic (from humans or bots)
you can optimize your page to have less images and also to ensure each image is optimized.Another option is to activate Cloudflare (free), that way you will get free unlimited bandwidth!

@joseph-benguira So I just want to make sure I understand a few things (remember I'm a bit of a newbie):
It's mainly my image size (it cant be more traffic, my traffic sucks right now). If I make them smaller it should help? But if I move my domain hosting from current place to Cloudfare, I will be able to get free unlimited bandwidth?
Thank you for your assistance!

@lora-alexander Yes indeed, images are most of the time the main offender, you can resize them to smaller size using this free tool
https://tools.appdrag.com/resize-image.htmlYou don't have to move your domain, just change name server configuration (as explained in the tutorial above) then yes you will have unlimited bandwidth from Cloudflare for free
