SOLVED Project renewed in April and expired in September

Hello!!
I've renewed my project and its subscription the last april for one year and i've just received this mont a email that mentionned my project expired and need an action to re-activate.
Why has my project already expired only few months after its renewal?

I have a button to "Activate" the project but i have the following message : "Please contact your administrator for this action"
I am the administrator so who can activate again my project ?
