i m trying to add a box that need to be check on my cart like for example : Agree box :The amount is an estimate and the actual charge will be made after weighing the products and preparing the actual shipment.

Well on your shop settings you can add that text in "offline payment" and that way you won't directly charge the customer and you'll handle the payment and amount later with them.

@Wassim ! while i used your method, no payments could be made online .... this is not what i want. here is a screen shot of what i need to have please help me

What you show is not AppDrag shop and seems to be either custom shop or custom forms so I can't help you. If someone integrated that for you, you have to refer directly to them.
