create a a credit payment table

i need user to be able to buy credits ..for example 10 credits = 100€
so i will make payment page ..user will have a client number once he logs in into website with its credential, we need to be able to check how many credits he has left and he he has enough to take an appointment. one appointment = 1 credit ... can you do that ? how much will it cost?
