Using Gmail Alias with AppDrag email

I have followed the directions for setting up emails in Gmail to be sent as an alias but it is not working. Anyone else having this issue and know how to get it to work? I get error messages no matter what I do?

I recently used the tutorial to setup Gmail aliases without issue :- Is your domain provider AppDrag or you're using it from another registrar?
- Can you provide screenshot of what you setup? (hiding private information)
