Menu links not working

Hi, I make the pages visible in the link but it doesn't work. I add the link in the mypage section but still doesn't work in the live site. It only works if I add the whole menu link into the external link section. What am I missing? How can I make the menu links work easily?

Hi, do you have a link of your website?
Are you using a menu item on your page to display your menu links?

here it is: https://www.sendingmoney.org/ most of the menu points are anchors but contact us is a separate page

You added a link to the column to an empty anchor which prevent links to work normally, just set it to none
