Where is the support?

Is this forum the onlu support source there is? Right now, I have an error when I try to upload my brand's font (another builder load it without issue), there's an error when I try to set my white label domain (not that I'm ready to use Appdrag for client work soon), my menu is broken and there is no way to even edit it...

Do I really have to make all these issues public? The chat line was nice, where is it? There is not even a email?

I am starting freelance, and I cannot really start without a website in working order.

Hey Philippe,
you probably noticed our prices are low (few $, not hundreds or thousand of dollars), to keep the prices low we are now offering support here on the community forum. We try to answer everyday (today is sunday and I'm here answering)

So instead of repeating 1000x times the same answer and burn a lot of cash in support, we have decided to make the support public, so everyone can see what we are answering, this is reducing a lot the number of times we have to answer to the same question.

Something you could try is to convert your font to TTF with a tool like:
https://onlinefontconverter.com/
and then try to import the TTF version of your font

FYI we do have enterprise support, to have a 1 to 1 call + screensharing with someone from our team, cost for that is $95 for 1H
