RE: Associated email not working
@bianca-duboisset-0 It's not possible to refund domain purchase, but you can transfer your domain to any other registrar.
To do that, go to your domain settings in appdrag, there you can get the EPP code, you can then use that code on any other registrar to transfer the domain to them.
For any additional questions on this topic please contact us by email on support@appdrag.com

RE: Associated email not working
@bianca-duboisset-0 there is not much we can do, this email forwarding service is provided by our partner registrar (namesilo)
What you can do is instead of using the email forwarding service you can connect a third party email service like Microsoft / Google / or any other full email service provider

RE: Verifying an appdrag domain through Mailerlite
when adding a TXT record

second field (TXT) is type of record, should be set to TXT in your case
third field (txt, text entry) is the value -
RE: Verifying an appdrag domain through Mailerlite
@naomi-crain I never heard about mailerlite, but they will probably provide to your DNS entries to create, probably of type TXT
You have to follow their instructions, my guess is you have not create the correct name/value combinations
I cannot really help since I have no knowledge of what they are asking you and they are in a better position to support their own product

RE: Associated email not working
@bianca-duboisset-0 please try to configure the email forwarding to point to something else than gmail (just to try and check if that's the source of your issue)

RE: Need help resolving hreflang conflicts
@kirk-brown seems on your side filtering to display spanish links is not working
you can check here:
https://www.google.com/advanced_search?q=https://www.outdoorsplendor.com/&num=10&lr=lang_es&sca_esv=954ba678d3f37bee&as_qdr=alland ensure spanish is selected

RE: Need help resolving hreflang conflicts
@kirk-brown In the spanish link I provided I see 2350 indexed links in spanish, not 3 ...
-
RE: Need help resolving hreflang conflicts
Hi @kirk-brown,
if you check what is returned for your home page for example:
<link rel="alternate" hreflang="en" href="https://www.outdoorsplendor.com/?lng=en"> <link rel="alternate" hreflang="x-default" href="https://www.outdoorsplendor.com/?lng=en"> <link rel="alternate" hreflang="es" href="https://www.outdoorsplendor.com/?lng=es">
it's defining the default language (en) and and alternate language es & en
So this is not preventing your website to be indexed by google:
https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.outdoorsplendor.comand here is spanish:
https://www.google.com/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.outdoorsplendor.com%2F&num=10&lr=lang_es&sca_esv=954ba678d3f37bee&as_qdr=all&tbs=lr%3Alang_1es -
RE: Associated email not working
@bianca-duboisset-0 no in fact I asked because it's incompatible with the forward service if you do it
I see 2 domains on your screenshot, can you please confirm on which one you have the issue?
