Please check if you don't have other links at different levels above the element (column, row, section)
@bianca-duboisset-0 You can add a button, that will open a link in a new tab, and put link to your pdf there
your second section on the page have a margin top of 111px (visible in orange in the screenshot)
just remove it then republish the page
