https://www.whois.com/whois/katyanakache.comand site is expired since 60 days so it was deleted long time ago unfortunately

first you have to get the EPP code
then you can start the transfer from any other registrar by providing the EPP code for the transfer -

you should receive it on the email declared as registrant email address on the domain -
