Quality Building Supplies (also called Mark of Quality Ltd) is a local Kiwi company that makes and sells PVC (vinyl) fences. Started in 2015 by Oleg Emelyanov and Dimitrii Ryzhkov, the firm’s yard and showroom sit at 29 Portage Road, New Lynn, Auckland.
