Hi there, I had a bit of a mixed experience at the Qatar Airways Miami Office last week. I visited to sort out a problem with my flight booking – something I thought could be sorted out easily online, but I needed to go in person because it involved a travel voucher. To start with, I have to say the office is well-located, and the interior is pleasant. There was a brief wait, which wasn't terrible, but when I was finally served, the agent was a little harried. She was courteous but not overly friendly, and it seemed like she was just trying to get the encounter over with. That being said, she did resolve my problem, which I appreciated. Nevertheless, I had to ask a number of questions in order to fully grasp what was going on, and more transparent communication would have been a big help. Overall, the problem was solved, and I thank you for your help.
