you just have to create the MX dns records on your domain

On Appdrag go to MY DOMAINS > click on the cog icon near your domain > DNS Editor

there create all the MX records as explained in this article for Office365:

could you try to renew your domain now?

go there:
https://prod.appdrag.com/dashboard.html#account_my_domains

click on the cogs icon near your domain

I recommend you to activate auto renew on your domain

press the renew Button
