My visit to the EVA Air New York Office was more than I had anticipated, and it was a really productive experience. The office is easily accessible via public transportation due to its convenient location in Midtown Manhattan. After having trouble with luggage and flight changes online, I made the decision to go in person, and I'm happy I did. The personnel was prompt, polite, and professional.
